I was so skeptical at first I waited 18 months before i used the kit : In that time my marriage fell apart and I lost my family home. I finally got the kit and I owe my now revamped and very successful salon success to Worldwide. It takes the hard work out of owning a salon and replaces it with smart work and proven marketing. I can't speak highly enough of it. It saved my business and saved my marriage !

Thank you for your help. In October I purchased a Beauty Salon which was running at loss. The staff wages alone were @ 56% of the turnover. Not only that but the premises was disgustingly filthy. The fit out, data base, location and parking were why I purchased. I kept 5 of the staff, on casual and gave them all a 3 month probation period. The beauty services were under Brisbane median prices so I brought them up to the 21st century and retrained the staff. We have been open for one month Friday and with the help of your marketing material, 6 now very enthusiastic staff and a very good business plan have sold; 12 x skin peel packages @ $840 = $10,080 in the first 8 days, all internally. Since I sold out of those I came up with 2 separate $99 packages for the therapists, one microdermabrasion and one Organic facial package. A4 colour flyers were printed cost, $250 and handed out to all of the clients coming into the new clinic. By this method alone, 17 day’s trade we converted to date a total of 26 packages, $2,574. An average of $151/day. 93% of these clients have rebooked. These clients purchased a total of $2400 in product which totals $4,974 plus the $10,080 = $15,054 for 24 day’s trade. These were just the packages by the way, our trade has been just over 30k and we have successfully turned this rebranded (and incredibly clean) premises into an in the black business within one month with WSM’s help.

I signed up with Inner Circle in July. I had left the salon I had been working for and went off on my own. I got sooo excited when I received my package with all my marketing tools! When I left the salon I was working for I lost a LOT of my clients, so Alberto (my WSM coach) suggested I send out the "Rupert the Dog Letters". I changed the name to "Arthur" because I have a puppy named "Arthur" & my clients would remember him. I could not believe how well those letters worked! I got 33 lost clients back! One of my clients even said, "you know, if you had just sent a letter saying where you were I probably wouldn't have come, but that dog letter really got my attention." I was shocked! After that, I got started right away with my flyers. I got them made up, delivered and was sooo excited for the "flood" of phone calls I was going to receive from them. Well I waited, and nothing happened. I was devastated! I couldn't believe that I had done all that work and gotten nothing. But I am very stubborn, and I had more flyers made up and sent out. The 2nd round of 500 flyers brought in 3 new clients, this was still not the flood I was hoping for, but at least it worked! I have come to realize with help from my coaching calls that this was normal, and I was doing a great job with things. I think I also after first reading all those testimonials from the other salons with their success that I would be getting 15 new clients a week like they were. That doesn't happen with everyone, and starting a new salon is not an easy task. It takes work, and as long as you are willing to do the work you WILL reap the rewards. If it weren't for the Inner Circle Salon Marketing I don't know where I would be! A great deal of my clients are coming in saying how much they love my marketing and how much they love how I keep them "in the loop" with all the special offers etc that I send out. My clients are referring friends, family and co workers, the "queen of referrals" works wonders! I couldn't ask for anything better.

“I’m just really excited and wanted to share some positive feedback with you in regards to the system. When I signed up I definitely was umming and ahhhhing about the system because I was only doing just straight massage. I have been a member for about 8 or 9 months now and have tried to do what I can to use the system to value add where I can and it has brought some success- nothing sensational- UNTIL NOW When I FIRST spoke to you, you suggested going hard in the pregnancy market. So I did. I’ve opened my doors two weeks ago with Australia’s first pregnancy day spa. I’m nearly falling over because I popped a crappy A-Frame sign out the front with a cheap laminated sign I can use a white board marker on to change daily which cost me a total of $80- popped on a teaser variation of the Hollywood Woman Package and I have just sold $1000 of vouchers in last few hours alone. That’s 10 new clients within a matter of hours….. HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!!! I also tried the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Gift Voucher Offer which produced a minimum of 55 new clients and just over $12,000 income that I otherwise would not have received upfront. Definitely helpful in beginning stages of business. I am so happy now because I can fully utilise the system now and value add the hell out of everything. I’ve got another coaching call with Annette which is great because honestly my marketing effort prior to open day was piss poor (due to seriously tight time restraints) but I’m hoping I can with Annette’s help create a huge buzz for an Open Day or something similar. Anyway- thank you for what I’ve had in the last 9 months which has been good… but now THANK YOU for what I can use now which is nothing short of GREAT!!!!" PS: Just thought I’d let you know- another 24 hour period in which I spent two hours doing a couple of marketing activities and another $6500 to the bank account. I haven’t even scratched the surface yet, and it’s paying big time… so excited I can’t sleep.
